Starr Muranko is a YLC Alumni-member of the Center for Spiritual Democracy and over the past decade has served in various roles at the Center including most recently Co-Director and Director of Communications. She is has lived the experience and is committed to the vision of Spiritual Democracy and demonstrates this through her creative passion of dance, community and culture.

"As a dancer, choreographer and educator I currently share my time between my home in Vancouver, BC and my love of the Andes in Peru; with global adventures around the world.

Dance, community and culture is what inspires me the most and these elements are woven throughout each of the projects that I am involved with.

Creativity has the power to transform and inspire us beyond our wildest dreams. To uplift, to challenge, to question, to expand. That is what I believe in. That is what I know to be true."
